Contract Vehicles

Tesla holds all major contracting vehicles as a prime contractor with which it can deliver services across the federal government. Plus, we have teamed with the "usual suspects" on larger contracts that can be used to provide services. Finally, as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Tesla is eligible for sole-source contracts in many cases. Some contracting highlights:

General Services Administration. The GSA has been delivering the best value in real estate, acquisition and technology services to the federal government and American people for more than 67 years. Tesla holds the GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS) (that combined the three major schedules into a single contract through which virtually any engineering, financial and business service can be delivered) and GSA Schedule 70 (IT services).

General Services Administration One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Pool 2 Small Business (SB). Tesla holds a GSA OASIS Pool 2 SB contract as a SDVOSB. This Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. This contracts: 1) Spans many areas of expertise and mission spaces, 2) Spans multiple professional service disciplines, 3) Allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level, and 4) Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.

Tesla offers support in the full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products, meeting the professional service mission needs of all federal civilian and defense agencies and the Intelligence Community. Tesla's core professional services supporting federal missions include:

Navy Seaport-NxG. Seaport-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements among contract holders. Tesla is a Seaport-e prime contractor and qualified across the board to provide services in all regions.

SDVOSB Sole Source. The purpose of the SDVOSB Procurement Program is to provide procuring agencies with the authority to set acquisitions aside for exclusive competition among SDVOSBs, as well as the authority to make sole source awards to SDVOSBs if certain conditions are met. As a SDVOSB, Tesla is fully eligible for this contracting approach that can greatly simplify the procurement process.
